Last blog post. I guess I made it through the year, only a few more weeks to go. I really enjoyed my time in PLTW and am so glad I decided to take these courses. They were really fun and interesting. I am most proud of the JPL project from last semester; it was really fun to both build it and compete in it, and we did good at the competition. I would say to incoming seniors to the Academy to stay motivated. Especially in the second semester, it can be really hard to find the willpower to do work, they just have to push through. As for the 9th graders entering the course, I'd tell them to put in effort throughout the entire course, as the hands on experience is valuable. I currently plan to go to SMC and then transfer after 2 years. I'd tell my younger self entering high school (well more like tenth grade really) to not dwell on the year and a half "lost" during COVID. I spent more time than I should've hung up over what I missed out on during that time that I failed to live in the moment and ended up missing out on current happenings.
