Blog #3 SEAOSC Gingerbread Challenge Reflection

My two favorite gingerbread structures are the Super ES World and the Van De Kamp's Bakery structures. I like them because I find them both aesthetically pleasing. The Super ES World structure is cool because it is colorful and inspired by a video game I used to love to play. I like the bakery windmill, on the other hand, because it looks serene and I also like the windmill part of it. If I had to build a structure out of gingerbread and were on this comitte, I would choose to build the York Minster cathedral in York, England. I would want to build this structure because it is to date the most impressive structure I have ever been in and definitely inspires awe upon me. I feel as though I would incorporate some sort candy gargoyles and some sort dyed hard candy as the stained glass.
